Regular, non-exempt employees hired for 40 hours per week, and exempt or professional employees hired for 20 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in Dental insurance coverage. Dakota Communities shares in the cost of the health insurance; the remainder of the premium is made by the employees on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction.In an effort to support our mission of health enhancement, Dakota Communities will prohibit any and all tobacco use on any company property and grounds beginning March 1, 2012.
